1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Red, White, & Blue Giveaway") is sponsored by CLOAK Tactical Performance Physical Therapy, located in Middletown, CT ("Sponsor," "CLOAK," "we," "us").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are, at the time of entry, active sworn or civilian personnel of the Middletown Police Department, Middletown Fire Department, American Medical Response (AMR), or Hunter’s Ambulance working in central CT ("Eligible Participants"). By entering, each participant certifies that they meet this eligibility requirement. CLOAK reserves the right to request reasonable verification of department affiliation and to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, does not meet this requirement. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of CLOAK are not eligible to win the Grand Prize but may participate in good faith as members of the eligible departments. Current CLOAK Athletes are allowed to enter and are eligible to win the YETI Cooler and steaks. Gift Cards will only be awarded to winners who are not currently CLOAK Athletes. 

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on July 27, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit [https://www.cloaktacticalppt.com/rwbgiveaway] (accessible via QR code on CLOAK promotional materials) and complete the entry form with the required information. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) YETI Roadie® 15 Hard Cooler, four (4) steaks, and one (1) $500 CLOAK gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $850. Secondary Prizes (10 winners): Ten (10) $500 CLOAK gift cards, one per winner. Gift cards must be used by the winner of the card, a family member of the winner, or a co-worker of the winner. Gift cards are only eligible toward an Initial Evaluation and Initial Treatment Plan at CLOAK and expire 30 days after being awarded. ARV per prize: $500; total ARV of secondary prizes: $5,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $5,850. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into a random drawing. The Grand Prize winner and ten (10) Secondary Prize winners will be selected by random drawing on or about August 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided at entry within 3 business days of the drawing. The Grand Prize will be awarded in person at the Middletown [Police/Fire] Department or local AMR/Hunter’s Ambulance location. Winners may be asked to participate in a photo and/or brief interview for CLOAK's marketing purposes (see Section 9). If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 3 days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, at any time without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless CLOAK, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt/use of a prize.

9. Winner Publicity / Right of Privacy

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, video, and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes, including on social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor recognizes that winners may be active or retired law enforcement officers, firefighters, or other first responders for whom public identification may raise legitimate safety, privacy, or departmental concerns. Accordingly, any winner may decline to have their name, image, likeness, or department affiliation used in any public-facing promotional material, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, or press releases, by notifying Sponsor of this preference at the time of prize acceptance. A winner who declines publicity will still receive their prize in full, and Sponsor may, at its discretion, announce that a prize was awarded (e.g., "a winner from the Middletown Police Department") without identifying the individual by name or image. Declining publicity will not affect a winner's eligibility to receive the prize and is not a condition of participation in the Giveaway.

10. Marketing Communications

By submitting an entry, participants agree to receive marketing emails from CLOAK Tactical Performance Physical Therapy. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

11. Privacy

Information collected through this Giveaway will be used by CLOAK for purposes of administering the Giveaway and for future marketing communications as described in Section 10. CLOAK will not sell or share participant information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. This Giveaway is a sweepstakes-style promotional giveaway requiring no purchase, payment, or consideration to enter, and is not a raffle or lottery under Connecticut law.
